Last Saturday, two Chrysalis teams competed in the State finals of Opti-MINDS. Both teams successfully completed the three hour challenge in their respective division. Team 1 (Social Sciences) won the state title and Team 4 (Science Engineering) won the Creativity award for their spontaneous challenge for the overall state competition. To strengthen our School Wellbeing program and to enhance our school values, ‘A Sense of Belonging’ and ‘Care and Respect’, we are extremely lucky to have the services of Bailey. All of the children at Chrysalis have already met Bailey, a trained therapy dog, who will be visiting our school each morning.
